Workout Hairstyle For Curly & Straight Hair + Work Out ‘Fit From Lady Foot Locker
I am always trying to figure out new things to do to my hair while I work out. What consistently works for me is….buns! They are so easy to do and it keeps the hair out of your face!
That’s pretty much the norm for me. Alot of times prior to working out, I will co-wash my hair and then leave some conditioner in, pop it in a bun and then go work out…like this:

Check out my new workout fit from Lady Foot Locker . I am a true believer in you have to wear workout clothes to the gym. It literally makes me feel better. If I have on random leggings and a baggy t-shirt I got from an event– I don’t feel good. I feel so much better working out in something fashionable. Just like I do with regular clothes on. The same thing applies for working out.
I am wearing the Actra Kendra Compression Capris (in a Medium!!!) and Nike Pro sports bra in a Large! I went down in pants size for working out!! I was kinda in the XL range too! These pants don’t fall down and keep everything in! For sports bra, I tend to go with a XL or L but this Large fit just fine. It held me in. I always laugh at my boot camp classes when all of us ladies are constantly using our arms to keep them up because our bras aren’t supportive. This is definitely a supportive bra and I had no problem working out yesterday.
