I was at Whole Foods the other week and I rarely go there. I decided to go down the beauty aisle and get some good skincare items. I am in my early 30’s and I finally realized I need to start taking better care of my skin and preventing damage from the sun and use anti-aging products. While browsing, I decided to pick up a couple of items.
Pacifica- I am a huge Pacifica fan. I particularly LOVE their cleansing wipes. They have so many options and none of them make my eyes burn (my eyes are VERY sensitive). All of their wipes are very soft and gentle on your skin and make my skin feel amazing after. They have the Essential Makeup Remover Wipes, Purify Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes & much more. This gets EVERYTHING off including my eye makeup which is always generally harder to get off. I have been using their wipes for about 5 months now.
Burt’s Bees- I moreso am familiar with Burt’s Bee’s for their fabulous lip care products. I have never checked out their face-care products. In fact, I didn’t even know they had face washes. I picked up their Soap Bark & Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream. I have been using it daily the past week and I am IN LOVE. It leaves a great feeling on my skin. It just feels clean…I have no idea how to explain it.
I put this on my skin and then buff it with a brush to make sure I am getting all of the dirt and to ensure a deep cleaning process. (This was just a cheap $1 brush I got from Big Lots. I am definitely looking to get a Clarisonic or something comparable)
Andalou Naturals Lastly, I wanted a toner. I picked up Andalou Naturals Clementine Plus C Illuminating Toner. This brand I was totally unfamiliar with, but after I read the box I figured I would try it out. They use Fruit Stem Cell Science. I was so happy to get home and take it out the box and realize that it came in spray form. I love toners that come in a spray because I love misting my face. It always feels so good. This toner makes my skin feel super moisturized and light. I can touch my face hours later and it still feels nice and soft.
I’d say I definitely picked up some great finds at Whole Foods!! Totally worth the money!
