Sunset in Negril

So as you all saw, I decided to get a weave to make my vacation a little easier with swimming and hanging out! I didn’t want to have to bring a ton of products. I just kinda wanted to swim and go!

This was my first time to Jamaica! Negril was an awesome first place in Jamaica to go! The water was amazing, it wasn’t alot of kids and the sunsets were great!

We stayed at the RIU Palace Tropical Bay which was an awesome hotel! I would suggest this hotel to anyone! It is All-Inclusive! The food was great and there were several food options. If you are a drinker, they have liquor dispensers in your room! Its 24 hour food too! It was a very safe hotel as well! We never had any issues or problems.

I didn’t want to be cooped in the hotel all day so I went on 2 amazing excursions! One was to swim with the dolphins! At the park about 30 minutes outside of Negril, I first rode a camel which was kinda scary lol..but they are such calm animals. I also touched a stingray! (with the stings removed of course) The best part was the dolphin puling me through the water belly to belly! Such a fun experience!

I also went on a very cool excursion which was riding horses through a mangrove and then in the water on the beach! This was THE BEST excursion. I went by myself and it happened that no one signed up for my tour time so it was just me and my two tour guides Wade & Rasheed. The name of it was Wild West something lol. I forgot the full name!  It was a cool huge farm about 30 minutes from Negril.

The best part was actually going into the ocean on Phantom! I looked back and saw how far we were!!! Once the water got too deep, my horse started swimming!!! I was so nervous but it was a fun, exciting and exhilarating experience!!

Our last evening, we headed to Rick’s Cafe because they said the views of the sunset are amazing! Well, it was cloudy, so this is all we got! Still beautiful though with the rays coming through!

I had a great time in Negril! I can’t wait to go again next year!

Oh, last remark..wear tons of bug spray! I came home with over 60 red, itchy and painful bug bites!
