My Fitness Plan & Goals- With Kenya Crooks

As most of you all know, I have changed my diet heavily and am on Nutrisystem. I also am getting healthier through working out. For most of the past 5 months I have been working out for one hour, 3 days a week with a group training with Kenya Crooks. Kenya has been amazing! I met him a couple of years ago and have wanted to go to his group classes for forever. Well …pounds were gained and I still did not go. In late December I decided I had to make a change. I wanted to eat healthier and get in shape!

Kenya has helped many of your favorite celebs get in shape- from The Braxtons to Jazze Pha, he has worked with them all!

I reached out to Kenya and started working out with his groups. Wow! The classes have been amazing! He is a great trainer and encourages you without yelling or being forceful! His southern charm and friendliness makes everyone feel super comfortable. Not even just that, he remembers everyones goals and why they are there. We aren’t just a number in the class. He actually pays attention and knows where each of us want to be so he encourages us to get there.

Today after my class, I talked about how much weight I had lost and how no clothes fit me anymore. We decided to do a testimonial video last night. Check it out.

Oh, and he has a Groupon deal that will be going up next week! If you want to lose weight, I totally encourage his classes!! In my time there (since January) I have seen some people lose up to 80 lbs.There is some serious weight loss going on!!

I can’t wait to do the bikini photo shoot and show you the new me. It’s a long way from where I started.
