Introducing The New Alize Peach + My Own Recipe #AlizeInColor
I love to try new cocktails, but I am a lightweight so I am very careful about my intake. All of my friends know I want a fruity alcoholic drink, but nothing too strong. My go-to line at the bar is, “give me something fruity with vodka” lol. The bartender always knows what to do.
Alizé recently released Alizé Peach and I am an adopted Georgia Peach, so how appropriate for me to try. I tend to love tropical and citrus flavors like peach, mango, pineapple, etc… I was very excited to try this out. With great flavors like Alizé Red Passion, Alizé Gold Passion and Alizé Bleu Passion, Peach is another great addition to this lineup.
Alize is infused with French Vodka and their fruits come from Brazil, Chile and more to get the succulent nectars from all of the tropical fruits. I like Alize because you can drink this on the rocks or you can add more vodka to it or champagne which makes a great addition to the peach infused vodka.
I decided to come up with my own recipe for Alize Peach. I love Peach Lemonade so what better idea than to add lemonade to the mix? To add a kick to this, I wanted to add in my favorite ginger beer. Let’s call this Ginger Peach Lemonade Splash! Check out my recipe:
If you have a martini shaker, that’s best. If not, no worries. Mix 2 oz. of Alizé Peach with 2 oz. of your favorite lemonade. Next top it off with a splash of Ginger Beer. Shake it up and strain nto your martini glass. Take 3 frozen peach slices and drop them in! Voila! A perfect girly drink for me- full of peach goodness!
I think I made the perfect drink that is refreshing and great for this super hot Georgia weather.
Alizé Peach runs around $19.99 which is great for the size.
