In June, I went to a blogger event and BioRepublic hosted it. I wasn’t originally familiar with BioRepublic but then I realized I had received one of their items in a Birchbox. BioRepublic is an Atlanta based beauty company who makes face masks. Not just any ordinary masks.
I decided to try out the Green Tea Detox Mask first. This is a purifying facial mask and I thought it would be great for the end of the week.
- Provides a boost of anti-oxidants and helps remove excess sebum.
- Reduces the appearance of blemishes and imperfections.
- For clean, supple, and refined skin.
I didn’t really know what to expect in the small packet. I read the directions and it said gently unfold so I wasn’t sure what it would look like. When I took it out, it was wet, but not a dripping wet. I was actually surprised that it wasn’t dripping. It stayed on the sheet. When I gently unfolded the paper, there were holes and slits to properly mold to your face with the eyes , nose and mouth out.
I put it on pressed it gently into my skin. I thought it would drip into my eye, but again, it did not. It stayed in place on my skin. From immediate touch it felt soooo good on my skin. It was soothing. I can only imagine how even more amazing it would feel if I put it in the freezer first. It was cooling either way and felt so good that I kept lightly pressing it because I loved the way it made my skin feel.
After about 15 minutes, I took it off and the sheet still had product so I pressed it more into my skin and especially my neck since the mask doesn’t go down that far. You don’t have to rinse it off or anything. My skin looks and feels so good!!! This is great for a Sunday night routine. I might have to do this every week.
There are 3 additional, the Aloe Rescue Revitalizing Sheets,Cucumber Breeze Soothing Sheet Mask, and Pomegranate Crush Illuminating Sheet Mask.
