I found out about The Beehive years ago when I was working for a show on BET and we went there to film a segment. They did a candle making class (I think) there and it was filled with so much cool stuff all made by local designers!

They have since moved to Edgewood Shopping Center and it’s even more amazing! I’ve shopped there several times and have been lucky enough to make the past couple of warehouse sales picking up goods with discounts. The store is basically a collective of designers and they each have sections and sell their items. I looovvee places like this. It’s one of a kind items and everyone won’t have your item on.

Most of the designers are Georgia based and some of the accessories and clothing surround Atlanta – like candles and shirts named after popular Atlanta neighborhoods. Not to mention they have food items, skincare products, bath products, clothing, jewelry, items for the house and sooo much more.

I love, love, love Suakoko Betty and she sells her items there! I picked up one of her clutches that actually doubles as two bags because you can switch it to the other side. It is soooo cute! I got this on sale for $35 and it was originally $80 (I would’ve still bought it at full price. It’s supreme quality)

Another favorite of mine in the store for clothing is Rai.ment. Last year I picked up a a great Fall/Winter modern cloak ( I can’t think of another word for it) that I absolutely loved. I love the quality of her pieces. I picked up a tent dress from her that I plan to wear soon in New Orleans. I got the Fountain Dress in Sailor Stripe:

They have several local jewelry designers as well which has super great finds like Boho Gal, a Bollywood inspired jewelry line

The time I went before this weekend, I picked up some really cute crocheted beanies that I was saving for the Fall and Winter. I love buying off-season lol. You save money!

I picked up a handmade head scarf from Maelu in this print:

I love stopping by The Beehive Atlanta. You never know what you will find! When you visit Atlanta, make sure you stop by this store for some cool local items! If you live in Atlanta, check it out! You won’t be disappointed.

They are having their 2nd warehouse sale of the season and everything is up to 90% off!! I picked up a ton of cute stuff and am actually going to go back before the sale is over to pick up more Boho Gal jewelry! It ends this Sunday, the 30th!
