If anyone knows me, they know I am obsessed with the 90’s! I love everything about the 90’s, in particular the style. One of the things that I loved so much was overalls. We rocked them so many ways…one leg up, one strap down, hanging off, it was infinite with the possibilities.
Since overalls are coming back in style, I decided to see what I could do with some overalls.
I decided to challenge myself. I wanted to see how many (cute) ways I could style overalls that fit me that didn’t look 90’s. I picked out the American Rag Juniors Overalls (can purchase here). I got them in an 11 because I didn’t want them to be too fitted. The goal was for them to be comfortable, but stylish! You can have both, right?
I picked these particular ones because they looked so cute cuffed and I loved the back. Here are the ways I can rock them:
Button Down & Heels
I decided to pair the overalls with a simple white button-down, heels, a pastel colored necklace and my Ray Bans (found here).
Red, White & Blue
What represents the summer in America more than red, white, & blue? I decided to wear my new red Chucks (found here) and a white tank from Maison Jules (found here)
Black & White
Just swapped out the shoes for some Nike Dunk Sky Hi wedges (Similar found here)
Denim On Denim
Decided to do a denim top to go with the denim overalls. I made the top cropped to give it a summer feel. (Plus it was super hot outside lol)
So what do you think about overalls?
